These terms apply when you buy or use GrowKitt, a desktop software product sold by Pooja Soft Solutions, Bandar Road, Near Sivalayam, Near Kothapatnam Bus Stand, Ongole, Andhra Pradesh 523001, India. By purchasing a license or using the free trial, you agree to them.

1. What you are buying

GrowKitt is a downloadable desktop application (Windows, macOS, Linux) with 34 marketing tools. You buy a one-time license — not a subscription. There are no recurring charges from us. The license tier you buy (Solo, Team, or Agency) decides how many users and projects you can run; all tiers include all 34 tools.

2. License grant

Your license key activates the software for your business. You may install it on your own computers as allowed by your tier. You may not resell, share, or publish your license key, reverse-engineer the software, or use it to build a competing product. One license serves one business entity; agencies may use the Agency tier to serve their clients with white-label reports.

3. Free trial

The 7-day trial lets you evaluate the interface and demo features without payment. Live API-based scans are available after purchase. After the trial ends, a valid license key is required to continue.

4. Delivery

GrowKitt is delivered digitally. After successful payment you receive a download link and your license key by email (and WhatsApp on request), normally within a few minutes and always within 24 hours. Nothing is shipped physically.

5. Pricing and taxes

Prices shown on the pricing page are in Indian Rupees (with indicative USD equivalents) and may change for future buyers. Price increases never affect licenses already purchased — free updates remain free. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

6. Third-party services

Some tools connect to third-party APIs (for example OpenAI, Google, Meta Ad Library) using your own API keys. Those services have their own terms and costs, which are your responsibility. GrowKitt runs locally — your data and keys stay on your computer.

7. Fair use and lawful use

You agree to use GrowKitt lawfully: no spamming, no scraping in violation of a site's terms, no sending unsolicited bulk email. Email tools send through your own SMTP account and you are responsible for complying with anti-spam laws applicable to you.

8. Support and updates

Every license includes free product updates and support over WhatsApp and email during business hours (Monday – Saturday: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM IST). We aim to answer within one business day.

9. Warranty and liability

We build GrowKitt carefully, but software is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific rankings, AI visibility outcomes, or revenue results. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your license. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be limited.

10. Termination

We may revoke a license without refund if it is resold, shared publicly, or used for illegal activity. Otherwise your license does not expire.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ongole, Andhra Pradesh have jurisdiction.
