This policy explains what information Pooja Soft Solutions ("we") collects when you visit this website or buy GrowKitt, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to sell and support the product, and the software itself keeps your data on your own computer.

1. What we collect when you buy

To issue your license and invoice we collect your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, business name, and payment confirmation details. Payments are processed by our payment partners (such as Razorpay) — we never see or store your card number, UPI PIN, or banking passwords.

2. What we collect on this website

Standard server logs (IP address, pages visited, browser type) for security and debugging. If you message us on WhatsApp or email, we keep that conversation so we can support you. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

3. What the GrowKitt app collects — almost nothing

GrowKitt is a desktop application that runs on your computer. Your projects, keywords, audit results, email lists, CRM contacts, and API keys are stored locally on your machine, not on our servers. The app contacts our systems only to validate your license key. Tools that use third-party APIs (OpenAI, Google, Meta) send requests directly from your computer to those providers using your own keys — governed by their privacy policies, not ours.

4. How long we keep purchase records

Purchase and invoice records are kept as long as required by Indian tax law. Support conversations are kept while your license is active so we can help you faster.

5. Cookies

This website works without tracking cookies. If we add analytics later, it will be privacy-respecting and this page will be updated first.

6. Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (except records we must keep for tax purposes). Write to support@growkitt.com and we will respond within 7 working days.

7. Security

License records are stored with restricted access. Because your marketing data never reaches our servers, the biggest thing protecting your data is your own computer — we recommend normal precautions like disk encryption and strong passwords.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with an updated date. Material changes will be announced on the blog.
