Try before you buy — that's the real refund policy

GrowKitt has a genuine 7-day free trial. You can open every screen, explore all 34 tools, and see exactly what you're getting before paying a rupee. We built the trial precisely so nobody has to buy blind. Because of this, and because a license key is a digital good that cannot be "returned" once revealed, purchases are generally final.

When we DO refund — 100%, no argument

Duplicate payment: you were charged twice for the same license — the extra charge is refunded in full.
Payment succeeded but no key delivered: if you don't receive your license key within 24 hours of payment and we can't fix it within 48 hours of you telling us, full refund.
Software won't run on a supported system: if GrowKitt fails to activate on a supported OS (Windows 10+, modern macOS, or Linux) and our support can't get you running within 7 days, full refund.
Wrong tier bought by mistake: within 7 days of purchase we'll either upgrade you (you pay the difference) or downgrade you and refund the difference.

When we don't refund

Change of mind after the key has been issued and activated.
Expecting features we never claimed — the Tools page and comparison page state honestly what GrowKitt does and doesn't do.
Third-party API costs (OpenAI etc.) — those are billed by the provider, not us.

Cancellation

There is nothing to cancel — GrowKitt is a one-time purchase with no recurring billing. You will never be auto-charged by us.

How to request a refund

Message us on WhatsApp at +91 7569192211 or email support@growkitt.com with your payment reference and the email you bought with. We reply within 1 business day. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days (bank timelines may add a few days).
